October 4 Edit is operated by October Fourth to Success, LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company. By using October 4 Edit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or AI fitting room.

Editorial and shopping service

October 4 Edit provides curated fashion content, product discovery and AI-generated visualizations. Unless expressly stated, we are not the seller, manufacturer, payment processor or fulfillment provider. Purchases are made from third-party retailers under their terms and policies.

Permitted use

You may use the site for personal, lawful shopping and style exploration. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, automate abusive requests, or upload content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful.

Your uploaded content

You retain your rights in your photo. You give October 4 Edit and its service providers the limited permission needed to transmit and process it to provide the try-on you request. You represent that you have all necessary rights and consents for anything you upload.

Third-party links and purchases

Retailer sites, products and services are controlled by third parties. October 4 Edit is not responsible for their content, availability, security, fulfillment, returns or privacy practices. A retailer link does not itself imply endorsement or partnership.

Intellectual property

The October 4 Edit name, site design, text and original materials are protected by applicable law. Retailer names, trademarks and product materials belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimers and limitation

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free AI output, product availability, sizing accuracy or purchase outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
